Oak Mountain Camping, Pt. 2
The morning view from our site. There was a nice fog that sat over the lake and we watched an egret feeding in the shallows.
First time camping with small children is full of practicing the rules. Stay where you can see the campsite, stay away from the fire, tell daddy or mommy before you go somewhere, don't fall in the lake cause we didn't bring the washer or dryer. And then of course there is don't touch the sides of the tent and be quiet 'cause everyone can hear you. Changes from CA camping we noticed: no bears or raccoons to ransack your campsite. Watch out for poison oak is now watch out for poison ivy.
