Cousin Camp 2020

October's fun was a trip to Texas for a cousin camp and birthday celebration.  Peter's mom turns 80 this month and we wanted to do a get together to celebrate.  The Minnesota cousins drove down and we flew out to Texas to be be with Peter's brother's family.  Peter's mom flew with us.

Micah and James really hit it off this trip.  They are old enough to enjoy each other and venture off on their own.  They even found a way to make the most their turns at the go-carts.

We celebrated Oma's birthday (and a few other people) with several firsts.  Axes throwing was fun for all.  We also got her to go down the zipline that runs part of the length of Mark's property.
Saturday we were up early to help be the set up and chase crew for a hot air balloon trip.  We weren't able to ride in the basket but there was lots of fun to be had on the ground.
The three oldest cousins are looking quite grown up.
We had lots of opportunities for pictures but it was hard to get everyone to stop talking and look at the camera.
Thankfully Mark and Amy's kitchen has the perfect counter for everyone to sit together.
