Science in the Kitchen

Micah recently discovered that your reflection is distorted on a curved surface.  All dishwasher unloading ground to a complete halt.

Anna frequently asks "how come...?" about various observations she makes around the house or on her school work.  After I launch into some complicated explanation of the science or history behind it she often interupts with "Nevermind, I didn't really want to know."
