Micah's First Urgent Care Visit

Micah made his first urgent care visit yesterday.  Anna was clearing the floor of some plastic mats but Micah came running through before she finished.  He lost his balance and slammed his chin into the tile.  The moment we saw the cut I pinched it together and continued to hold it so there wasn't much blood.  We then drove to the doctor and had him patched up.  Micah was a trooper even through several pricks for numbing and four stitches.  There were some tears towards the end but it seemed more from stress and tiredness than anything.  We got home around 9 and put him to bed with the promise of a popsicle in the morning.

Today he's been proudly showing his stitches to all who will look.
