Birmingham Museum of Art

The kids and I checked out the Birmingham Museum of Art this week.  Free admission and free A/C are big draws in summer around here.  We invited some friends to join us and took along a picnic lunch.  We saw lots of interesting things: sculptures, pottery, pictures, etc and learned a bit along the way.  The museum has an interactive center for children and the kids would have been happy to spend the whole morning there.  Here's a few pictures they created with the help of a gray screen photo.
