Mug Cake
Did you know you can make a cake in a mug in the microwave in about 5 min, start to finish? Maybe this is common knowledge for others but I just came across the idea on a friend's facebook post. Rachel Young, thank you for introducing us to the Nutella Mug Cake!
Here's a link to a more creative post than mine. But in case you don't have time for that, here's the recipe:
4 T self-rising flour
4 T sugar
1 egg
3 T cocoa powder
3 T Nutella
3 T milk
3 T oil
Mix this well with a fork in a large mug or split it into two regular size mugs. (By large, I mean those freakishly large Starbucks city mugs.) Microwave on high, 1 1/2 - 3 minutes (depending on microwave.) Top with whipped cream.

Here's our attempt. You'll notice our mug wasn't large enough, but that didn't hurt the taste. It took about 1 1/2 mins.
You MUST try this! You have not tasted yummy until you have tasted this.
That looks seriously dangerous. I don't think I want to know that I can have cake that quickly and easily.
