Public Schools

Several people I know have been talking about homeschool vrs. private school vrs. public school lately.  I got to thinking that though there is a lot available on homeschooling, nothing I had seen was on how to thrive in the public school if you felt that was were the Lord wanted your family.  But, while browsing the local public library, I came across just such a book.  It's called Going Public by David and Kelli Pritchard.  While addressing public school issues, it would be a great book for anyone wanting to help their child interact with the fallen world around them.  Lots of biblical and practical ideas, sound parenting wisdom.  It would not be wasted time reading it even if the public school isn't for you.
