Happy Birthday Ben!

Last week, Anna attended her first birthday party. Benjamin, son of my good friend Nannette, turned 1 last Thursday and we were invited to help him celebrate. Due to the obvious age limitations, Ben and Anna pretty much left the celebrating to us. We (Nannette, older brother Alex, and I) decorated cupcakes, sang "Happy Birthday," and opened the presents.

Ben enjoyed his first cupcake but since Peter wasn't present to be a part of Anna's first sugar rush I withheld that treat from her until later:)
