Free Time

It sometimes seems like half my time is spent trying to figure out why Anna did or did not sleep through her entire nap. Her napping ability seems to come in cycles. I am most thankful that recently she has learned to fall back to sleep after waking up partway through her nap. Mostly, I had to learn to not go into her room too soon when I heard her fussing if I knew she was still tired. Now that we have that figured out, I have lots of free time on my hands!

Yesterday I read a 140 page book called The Mother at Home by J C Abott (written in 1833) and today I am a third of the way through something Peter is reading, How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth.
